Future World's The Seas has a decent aquarium and a restaurant with views of it.
There is also a qute show for the kids where they can interact with the turtle from the movie Nemo.

We had dinner here on the Dining Plan. We were too far from the glass to enjoy the atmosphere, but my steak was very well prepared.
